The I&B Ministry on Saturday requested Twitter and YouTube to take away from their social media platforms the movies of commercial of a fragrance logo that caused outrage for “selling sexual violence towards ladies”.
In letters to Twitter and YouTube, the Ministry of Knowledge and Broadcasting stated that the movies had been “unfavorable to the portrayal of girls within the passion of decency and morality” and in violation of Knowledge Era (Middleman Pointers and Virtual Media Ethics Code).
The movies of the fragrance logo sparked outrage amongst a big phase of social media customers, who claimed the commercial sought to advertise sexual violence towards ladies.
“It has come to the awareness of the Ministry of Knowledge & Broadcasting that an beside the point and derogatory commercial of a deodorant is circulating on social media. The Ministry has requested Twitter and YouTube to in an instant pull down all circumstances of this commercial,” an authentic spokesperson stated.
